This is how it works: Our technicians and Program Specialists collect data and take pictures of broken shopping carts, malfunctioning backroom equipment, warranty and/or facility condition issues.  They upload this information into our browser based, sortable database, eView®, for viewing and sorting by the client. 

eView® allows the client to sort this data into two important classifications; "Safety" or "Attention Needed" items. Information, Cost Reduction Reports, and service reports easily pass to Regional Managers, District Managers, Store Managers and Executive office staff via automatically generated emails when shopping cart maintenance services, backroom equipment cleaning, facility assessments, audits, and surveys are completed. All activity within eView® is tracked by its built-in "Notes" and "History" functions. eView® makes it easy for managers to access the information they need to manage their shopping cart fleets, multi-site locations, and vendor performance.
