Discussed a customized maintenance programThe French Company® uses interactive web-based software to enhance and record our levels of service. Our service technicians use laptop computers and cameras to track and document maintenance and cleaning work they perform, as well as facility condition audits and other tasks.  They upload reports and pictures related to our interactive, hosted software application called eView®.  The reports, data and images are viewed online by our staff internally and/or our clients.

Field managers, executives, service providers, vendors and contractors use eView® to remotely gauge technician productivity. "Pre-Service Site Evaluation" pictures are uploaded and organized by eView® which are then used by field service managers during the service contract negotiation process. "Post-Service Site Evaluation" pictures are used to verify service fulfillment prior to invoicing. Other benefits include increased customer satisfaction, reduced expense, and greater productivity / efficiency in field operations.

Services performed by our FacilityConnect™ division are also documented online using our interactive web-based software. These services include facility assessments, facility audits, facility site surveys, asset tagging and tracking, and service vendor audits.
