eView® is an online software system that was developed to organize, store, and retrieve large amounts of equipment and facility condition data easily and quickly.  eView® features a browser based, sortable database that organizes Cost Reduction Reports, images and other data used by facility managers and other members of the management team to reduce costs and effectively manage multiple locations across large geographical areas.

Our technicians upload pictures and data of equipment they service into eView® for future reference and to create reports.

eView® allows decision makers to identify problem areas by viewing facility issues or broken and malfunctioning equipment.  They can further sort them into two important classifications: "Safety Issue" or "Attention Needed". Information and reports easily pass to the users via automatically generated emails when our technicians and Field Specialists complete maintenance and cleaning services, facility assessments, audits, and surveys.  All activity within eView® is tracked by its built-in "Notes" and "History" functionality.
