Coordinate a Store Pilot Test
Setting up a pilot test is a great way to start working with The French Company® or our FacilityConnect® division on a small scale.
Pilots are conducted by a team of our Program Specialists and field service technicians to prepare the optimal framework for larger scale projects at your
facility locations.
For shopping cart pilots, our service technicians will repair and clean a few hundred shopping carts at a small number of locations before full scale fleet maintenance programs begin.
For FacilityConnect® pilots, our service technicians will affix adhesive asset tags with bar codes to select equipment at a few locations. Equipment model numbers are recorded and equipment inventories are taken. This information is documented digitally and online reports are provided to the customer at the conclusion of the pilot.
Our pilot initiatives save time and money before large-scale facility or equipment services commence. We use the information and valuable insights gathered during the pilot to design the most optimal program for our customer, balancing service levels and costs.
